About the Q Program
The Q Program has been tested and perfected through working with over 250 salon & spa companies across the U.S. and Canada!
Along with cash flow struggles, we find the biggest challenge facing single and multi location salons/spas is engaging and retaining their staff. Money is not the prime motivator for creative people. To engage and retain your creative workforce, it's about winning their hearts AND minds.

How it Works
The Q Program begins with a live, two-day on-site for the entire salon & spa team. Read below for what happens before and the immediate 13 weeks following.
- Book it! Schedule your live two day onsite with Qnity (Submit the dates you are looking to book here)
- Before the live two day program: Complete the pre-program discovery phase three weeks prior to the two day program
Includes pre-program discovery call with Qnity, team engagement assessment (managed by Qnity), and pulling baseline numbers/calculating 17% goals for each participant. A full Qnity training workbook and toolkit will also be mailed for each participant during this phase via UPS.
- After the live program (13 week support period): Track and collaborate closely with Qnity for 13 weeks to make lasting behavior changes and achieve growth
Over the course of 13 weeks you will participate in five discussion calls with Qnity Educator, track weekly results with Qnity Analyst, appoint your in-salon Qnity Ambassador, utilize Qnity's simple and visual tools, and review the entire program virtually with unlimited access to a live filming of the program (8 hours of video content).
