Dealing with numbers before Qnity: "Intimidated is probably the best description.  It was overwhelming and confusing and I wasn't sure how/what to look at without feeling lost. I had no system to make sense of all the pages of reports".

After Qnity: "Well, numbers can still be scary, but I know what I'm looking for now. It takes literally 5 minutes every Tuesday to track. I don't feel overwhelmed at all anymore and actually look forward to printing my reports".

"I've moved closer to my goals of saving more money by making more money, with the use of up selling and tracking my numbers. I've seen my paychecks get bigger and my client count continue to grow".

"I really liked PROSPER because it was more of a recap of everything so it had a little bit of all the other modules and did really good closure for me just touching up on all the other modules and getting me ready to go out and do these things".

Dealing with numbers before Qnity: "Ugh. Dislike!! Mostly because looking at the numbers for me is a black and white of what I am NOT doing. It was a negative for me".

After Qnity: "I now have the motivation to move those numbers, to be accountable to myself to grow my business and in turn have a larger slice of the pie. Instead of dreading what a challenging week looks like, I now find closure with what happened and why (positive or negative), clarity with what I need to do next, and have the confidence in myself to repeat at minimum or excel".

“We actually took the Qnity program originally about 2 and a half years ago now. Before then I did not understand numbers at al; they were overwhelming. I was the girl in high school that could not pass math class to save my life, but with Qnity and having a better understanding of how they work and simpler ways to look at it especially when it works directly with what I’m doing and what I’m passionate about, I understand them so well now”.

"I think the three most important things I will take away from Qnity are small wins, going from knowing to doing, and also completing my Tuesday Tracker. 

I loved the concept of small wins because you can celebrate anything that gets you towards your bigger goal. Sometimes your end goal can seem so far away and maybe even more difficult, but by celebrating small wins you can continue to grow and get a little closer to the end result but still take it day by day. 

Going from knowing to doing seems like a no brainer but sometimes it just isn’t that simple. Using what you know and actually taking steps in the right direction takes more effort then you think. But just remembering the “doing” aspect of it all can really make a difference day to day and it will keep you “doing.”

I also enjoyed the Tuesday Tracker because seeing every number weekly was something new to me. I used to do totals bi-weekly and only saw my service totals and nothing else. I just knew I had a good paycheck or a decent one, but I didn’t know why. Seeing every number including client count weekly really helped me understand why my numbers were what the were and also how I can improve them".

"My biggest takeway from taking this program for the 2nd time has definitely been consistency. Even with my numbers I was so infatuated and just really excited about tracking my numbers at first when I took the program in December. Then I won the 17% and then I fell off a little bit because I was taking on other roles in the salon. It just became a little bit overwhelming and then jumping back in the program once again, I became excited and then I had to realize it wasn’t just me being excited for myself, but it was becoming an ambassador and being excited for the people around me and staying consistent so they can see how it's helped me and how it's made me grow as not only a stylist but helping me in the education realm and leadership realm as well".

“Tracking with starting after work, it just gives me a total awareness of what I’m doing. I would just let it go and people would ask me how many clients I would do a day and I couldn't answer that. So now I can answer that and I’m accountable for myself as well as to my team lead, to my boss, to the owner and I really like that. I am taking control of my business rather than it just passing me by and doing my work. It’s an awakening”.

"I utilized a lot of all the different aspects. I was focused more on myself and what needed to be done. I was tracking my numbers to practically the dollar so I knew on my last day of the period exactly how much I needed to do in order to get the number I needed.

"PROSPER was my favorite module and I think it helped me to fully understand everything. I actually had a closure on a success for the first time ever. I didn’t even know you could do that and it really makes you feel good to have that and enjoy it and now move on to the next one. I have more confidence in myself and Im really happy I had the opportunity to go through the program".
